Automotive Electronics Specialized MIRTEC 3D AOI

MIRTEC GENESYS-AUTO 3D AOI combines the largest defect detection capabilities, automotive electronics specificity, and cost-effectiveness. It integrates both 2D and 3D inspection. Five (5) 15MP CoaXPress color cameras are combined with MIRTEC's exclusive 12-projection digital blue moiré technology. Anti-reflection technology is specifically designed to detect reflective objects, especially solder joints and pin headers in high-end electronics manufacturing industries such as automotive electronics, aerospace, and defense. Due to the relatively high standards for 3D inspection in these fields, other 3D AOI systems equipped with traditional 3D technology struggle to meet these advanced inspection requirements.
